SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

SECTION 4 - BOOKING AND PAYMENT.

Prices for our apartments are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

SECTION 5 - CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

By default, we do not offer refunds once payment is received and we have confirmed the booking. However, in cases where we are unable to host a guest due to a fault arising at our end, we will issue a full refund equivalent to the number of unspent nights.

We initiate eligible caution fee refunds within 24 hours of checkout, processed to the same account or card that initiated the payment. Depending on the user's bank, it may take up to 10 business days for refunds to reflect in a customer's account. We are not liable for any delay in this process.

Please note that we do not pay interest on caution fees during the refund process.

SECTION 6 - SMOKING POLICY.

We have a strict no-smoking policy in our apartments. Penalties for smoking in our apartments amount to $300 or its equivalent.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BOOKING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate booking and account information for all reservations made on our site.

SECTION 8 - INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LekkiShortLets.com and our affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.

By booking our apartments, you further agree that LekkiShortLets.com, its affiliates, and its team shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm, including but not limited to theft, bodily harm, fire, accidents, injuries, electrical faults, or any other incidents that may occur during your stay or that of your guests.

This indemnification extends to all losses, liabilities, claims, expenses, fees (including attorney fees), fines, penalties, damages, and costs arising from or in connection with your use of our apartments.

By booking our apartments, you acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with your stay and understand that LekkiShortLets.com shall not be held responsible for any incidents or occurrences beyond our control.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria.

SECTION 10 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
