Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
Once payment is received and we have confirmed the booking, all payments are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, in cases where we are unable to host a guest due to a fault arising at our end, we will issue a full refund equivalent to the number of unspent nights.
It is the responsibility of the website user to thoroughly check the apartment and its surroundings before confirming a booking. By completing the booking process, the user acknowledges that they have inspected the apartment, are satisfied with its condition, and accept it as is.
We initiate eligible caution fee refunds within 24 hours of checkout, processed to the same account or card that initiated the payment. Depending on the user's bank, it may take up to 10 business days for refunds to reflect in a customer's account. We are not liable for any delay in this process.
Please note that we do not pay interest on caution fees during the refund process.
The caution fee is refundable only if the apartment is returned without any missing or broken items, and no smoking has occurred within the premises.
